Your selected video and extracted images
The extraction tool uses the browser’s video and canvas APIs to process your selected file locally. The tool does not transmit that video, its filename, or the captured images to our processing servers. Downloads are saved by your browser; your device or download folder may have its own synchronization settings. Clearing the gallery releases the tool’s image references but does not delete downloaded files. Closing the tab is not a guarantee of secure erasure.
Ordinary website requests
Your browser requests pages, scripts, styles, and images from our hosting provider. The host may record request data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser headers, and errors for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We do not currently add a third-party analytics script to this website.
Theme preference
The light/dark selection is stored in your browser’s local storage under videoframe-theme. It is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Without a saved selection, the site follows your system’s color preference.
Contact messages
If you send the form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. The server sends these fields through Gmail SMTP to the operator’s mailbox. Google and the hosting provider process the request as service providers under their applicable terms. We use inquiries to respond and troubleshoot, and retain relevant correspondence only as needed for that purpose and legitimate recordkeeping. The form uses a session cookie for request protection and a temporary rate-limit record derived from the connection IP; no video attachment is supported.
Media engines and models
The additional media tools process selected images, audio, and videos on your device. OCR engines, neural-network models, and fonts are served by this website and downloaded when a tool needs them. The FFmpeg media engine is downloaded from jsDelivr using a pinned version and checked against its expected SHA-256 hashes before execution. jsDelivr receives the connection IP and ordinary browser request information for these engine downloads; no selected media, filename, or contact field is sent in those requests. Model and engine files can be large. The browser may cache website resources; no selected media is intentionally stored persistently by these tools. The website does not use third-party media-processing APIs. A media-engine download is a resource request, while conversion and media handling run on your device. Copy text uses the browser clipboard only when you click its button.
Advertising
This release contains an AdSense ownership meta tag and ads.txt entry, but does not load advertising scripts or set advertising cookies. If Google advertising is enabled later, Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and collect IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize ads. Applicable disclosures and consent controls must be in place before those scripts are enabled. A theme preference or essential contact-form cookie is separate from advertising consent.
There is currently no advertising or analytics consent banner because this release does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Before personalized Google ads are enabled for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform must be configured and its message tested. A custom banner or theme toggle does not replace that consent process. This policy will be updated to identify any advertising or analytics services actually enabled.
Your choices and requests
You can use the extractor without sending an inquiry. Use the contact address to request access, correction, or deletion of correspondence we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message. Rights and applicable obligations depend on your location and circumstances.
